High Pressure Coolant Drilling 8mm Holes

Using CoolJet High Pressure Coolant to drill an 8mm dia hole 75 mm deep in M200 tool steel looks like punching holes in butter. Traditional peck drilling with flood coolant in this example would take more than a minute per hole. The high pressure coolant also delivers much greater tool life and dramatic improvements in surface finish of the hole.
