Boring Fixture

Soft Jaws Boring Fixtures are used during the machining of soft jaws to help maintain accurate jaw positioning, concentricity and consistent clamping diameters.

By applying a controlled clamping load while the jaws are being bored, the fixture simulates normal gripping conditions and helps reduce movement or distortion during machining. Designed for quick adjustment and repeatable setups, boring fixtures are ideal for producing precise gripping surfaces and improving soft jaw accuracy across CNC turning applications.
