KitagawaT-Nuts

Kitagawa T-Nuts provide a secure and accurate connection between soft or hard jaws and the power chuck master jaws, helping maintain correct jaw positioning, alignment and reliable clamping performance during machining.

T-NutPLUS is Kitagawa’s high-accuracy T-nut option for compatible BR and BRT Series power chucks, designed to improve jaw mounting repeatability when formed jaws are removed and refitted. By maintaining jaw position repeatability of 0.01 mm T.I.R. or less on most compatible models, T-NutPLUS can eliminate the need to re-form jaws after a jaw change, helping reduce setup time while maintaining consistent gripping accuracy.

T-Nuts are selected according to the master jaw slot width and the centre hole distance (CHD) of the jaw mounting holes to ensure correct fitment with the chuck and jaw combination.  Please contact Dimac for assistance selecting the correct T-Nuts or for options to suit other power chuck brands.
