DimacCollet Pad Jaws

Originally developed by former Dimac Director Paul Fowler, Dimac Collet Pad Jaws are an innovative workholding solution designed to improve efficiency and reduce setup times in CNC turning applications.

Designed to convert a standard 3-jaw power chuck into a versatile collet-style clamping system, the base jaws remain mounted on the chuck while interchangeable collet pads can be quickly changed to accommodate different gripping diameters and profiles.

Utilising readily available S-style collet pads, the system provides secure and repeatable workholding for round, hexagonal and square components. Available to suit most chuck brands from 6" to 12", Dimac Collet Pad Jaws offer a practical solution for manufacturers requiring frequent changeovers.
