Kitagawa Bar Gripper Jawssuit CNC Power Chucks
Kitagawa Bar Gripper Jaws are designed to securely clamp small-diameter bars and round workpieces that fall below the minimum gripping range of standard hard jaws. They provide a practical solution for first-operation machining without the need for a dedicated collet chuck or alternative workholding system.
Manufactured from hardened steel with aggressive gripping serrations, these jaws provide a strong, reliable grip on bar diameters as small as 5 mm, depending on the chuck and jaw configuration. Designed for external clamping, they are particularly suitable for CNC turning applications requiring secure gripping of small-diameter stock.
Available with metric serrations as standard and imperial options on request, Bar Gripper Jaws are available for chuck sizes ranging from 6" to 24". Compatibility depends on the chuck model, serration type and mounting dimensions.
