The new Freddy Coolant Health Unit (CHU) has been designed to continuously vacuum out, filter and return coolant – even during the machines operation. With double the filtration of any previous Freddy, with two stage course and fine filtration, it means quicker more efficient coolant recycling than ever before. The process is also a completely hands free operation.
The Freddy Coolant Health Unit (CHU) was developed in conjunction with Rolls-Royce Central Manufacturing Team and tested at Rolls-Royce Derby, United Kingdom.
Reducing liquid and solid manufacturing waste has been proven through testing – with 24,000 litres recycled during a 4 week period, providing cost savings on disposal costs and reduced purchase costs. With health, financial and time cost benefits, the Freddy CHU offers a coolant recycling solution like never before.
