Use of MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) means that coolant is no
longer needed. The new cutting method is environmentally friendly, as
their is no wasted fluid, and no need to release contaminated coolant.
The Semi dry cut system generates very fine micro mist, even with a quantity as small as 1-10cc/H of “Ultima” oil. The micro mist covers the blades with molecule film of “Ultima” vegetable oil.
