3D Sensor
The Universal 3D Sensor is the measuring instrument of you choice for milling and erosion machines.
The sensor is clamped into the milling spindle resp. the electrode head makes exact positioning of the spindle axis on the edges of the work piece or jig possible. Work piece zeros may be set and lengths may be measured quickly and easily.
The Dial gauge always deflects into the same direction and dictates the distance between spindle axis and work piece edge. As soon as the gauge shows zero, the spindle axis is exactly positioned at the work piece edge. No trials, no problems with positive or negative signs.
